4. Pick Up and Drop Off

You remain responsible for any damage or loss up to the excess amount, unless covered by extra insurance. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of these Terms remains your responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice given. Please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for precise information. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur charges.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle may not be used for any unlawful activities, including racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting to third parties or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Operating the vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is forbidden. Ensure the vehicle is used only for its intended purposes, without exceeding passenger or weight limits. Driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Limitation of Liability
